❓ Frequently Asked Sourcing Questions
Q: What trim options are available for salmon fillets?
We export Trim C (pin bone out, scale off), Trim D (belly fat off, collar off), and Trim E (skin off, deep skinned) fillets, frozen or fresh.
Q: Do you ship fresh salmon or only frozen?
We ship both. Fresh salmon is air-freighted weekly directly to Miami (MIA), while frozen container loads (FCL) are shipped via ocean reefer.
Q: What certifications does your Chilean Salmon carry?
Our salmon is sourced from facilities certified by BAP (Best Aquaculture Practices 4-Star), ASC (Aquaculture Stewardship Council), and operates under strict HACCP guidelines.
